The internal AutoRotor for the best visibility
The internal AutoRotor herringbone parlour is characterised by unique stall design: with the cows standing at a 40 degree angle, the operator has excellent access to each cow and an optimum view of the udder throughout the entire milking process. Attaching the cluster is quick and easy. The herringbone rotary parlour from GEA Farm Technologies is one of the most effective systems for the owner operator with a medium to large herd.

The AutoRotor Magnum 40 is a heavy duty product for long life and high reliability. The milking technology is protected by a strong attractive stainless steel cabinet.

Magnum 40-F
The AutoRotor Magnum 40 is also available with in-parlour feeding as Magnum 40-F.

Benefits at a glance

  • The rugged non-slip concrete platform surface is poured on site. No bolts, no joints, no dirty gaps.
  • All cabling and tubes are neatly hidden away underneath the platform.
  • The open design of the platform ensures easy service and cleaning.
  • The new TwinDrive system is extremely powerful with a long service life.
  • The automatic indexing device at the entrance positions the cow perfectly during milking.
  • Good visibility for the operator was one of the main criteria in the ergonomis stall design.

Special Optional Features
Increased efficiency with milk flow speed control. Sensors are used to check the milking progress of each cow and reduce the speed of the platform to cater for slow milkers.

Quick no-stop entry: The automatic Easy Entry control ensures fast entry of the cows, without entry gates. The Easy Entry Identification pass-by antenna identifies leg or neck Rescounters as well as neck responders. This speeds up the flow of animals and increases throughput.

AutoRotor Magnum 90/90-S
AutoRotor Magnum 90
GEA Westfalia Surge

Introducing the next revolution!
Taking milking in a rotary parlour to a new level, the GEA Farm Technologies AutoRotor Magnum 90 provides the ultimate in efficiency. It is designed primarily as an efficient means for milking medium- to large-sized herds in a commercial environment.

The key feature of the new AutoRotor Magnum is the patented PosiControl arm, which controls the cluster position throughout milking: it raises the cluster to the operator ready for attachment; prevents drag on the cluster during milking; and drops the cluster under the platform after milking keeping it out of the way of the cow as she exits from the parlour. The unique cabinet stall design ensures comfortable cow placement with no pinch or rub points.

Magnum 90-S
The Magnum 90 is also available with Subway system as the Magnum 90-S, providing easy access to critical milking components, thus extending their service life, in a dry working environment.

Benefits at a glance

  • The new patented PosiControl arm assists with cluster attachment and positions the milking unit properly under the udder for better milking.
  • Open stall design and animal friendly dividers make it very easy for the cows to enter the platform. The cows are quickly in a comfortable and optimum position for milking.
  • Tapered, hot dip galvanised heavy-duty sheet metal enclosures gives excellent equipment protection, simpler cleaning and wider cow access. Provides a much more comfortable and safe environment for cow and operator.
  • No overhead lines or pipes on the platform resulting in a neater installation with no obstruction to cow visibility from above.
  • The platform surface has a long service life and is easy to clean.
