Mueller Model O Rapid cooling and low energy consumption are the main features of the Mueller Model O series of milk cooling tanks. With its oval design and large internal cooling surface area, you can be assured of the very latest technology in efficient cooling of your milk. The all stainless steel control panel and wash pump are conveniently located on the front of the vessel for easy control of all cooling and cleaning functions of the system.

Mueller Model P The Mueller Model P range of milk cooling tanks offers all the benefits of the model O series with the added advantage of its narrow profile. Where dairy dimensions are more restrictive, the model P can often fit within the available space. Again, rapid cooling and low energy consumption are the built-in standards of all Mueller milk tanks.
The all stainless steel control panel and wash pump are conveniently located on the front of the vessel for easy control of all cooling and cleaning functions of the system. MIII Control Unit
Main features • Tank control, ‘MilkGuard’ and installed interface for robotic milking systems. • Total control and monitoring of all cooling, cleaning and agitation functions. • All processes can be fully adapted to the user's individual cooling and cleaning requirements. • Can be installed on new or existing Mueller Europe ‘O’ and ‘P’ series milk cooling tanks. Control panel and display • Modern design. • Large display showing milk temperature, date & time and full system status information. • Automatic change-over between summer & winter times. • Selectable user interface language.
MilkGuard and logfile • Measurement and storage of milk temperature, cleaning water temperature,functioning of the condensing unit(s) and agitator motor(s), general malfunctions. • Event log containing all operations for a minimum period of 6 months. Can be viewed on the display or transferred to a PC/laptop. • Indication of malfunctions and alarms on the display with audible alarm to inform the user. • Indicator with 3 LEDs to show whether or not the milk is stored according to the settings. Quick Cleaning System • System based on direct-to-drain principle. • Reduced ‘down-time’ of robotic milking systems due to shorter cleaning times. • Water level sensors to ensure correct amount of wash water independent of water supply pressure. • Automatic detergent dosing and control system with automated switch to acid. Cooling and agitation • Control and monitoring of condensing unit(s) and agitator motor(s). • Delayed start of cooling for first milking based on adjustable waiting time or milk level in the vessel. • Deep cool switch. ) requires Milk Level Detection sensor

’MIII’ hang-alone system • Suitable to operate with milk cooling systems installed externally (both horizontal milk cooling tanks and vertical silos and existing “old model” milk cooling tanks tanks). • The MIII hang-alone unit can be installed inside the dairy near to the milk collection outlet valve or on the front of the existing tank. This provides a safe, secure and frost-free environment for both the user and milk tanker driver. • The cleaning programme and quantity of water can easily be adjusted per milk cooling tank to ensure optimum cleaning of any type of horizontal milk cooling tank or vertical silo. • Control of an external Inline water heater (ILH-system) is included. Options • Milk Level Detection sensor for milk vessel contents shown on the display. • Low level Cooling facility to commence the cooling process even at very low levels of milk in the vessel. • Control unit can be supplied as a hang-alone system for externally located milk cooling systems. • GSM communication module.

Mueller Bulk Milk Silo The Mueller range of bulk milk silo's are the ultimate solution for the effective cooling and storage of large volumes of milk where dairy space restricts the installation of conventionally designed bulk milk tanks. The silo's are available in capacities from 15,000 litres to 34,000 litres and are delivered with a stainless steel alcove housing the cooling and cleaning controls. All models are manufactured in stainless steel with a weather-proof aluminium cladding available in various colours. A 'Quick Wash' cleaning system with automated detergent and acid dosing together with a comprehensive milk monitoring facility are some of the standard features of this high quality and exceptionally efficient milk cooling system.

Mueller HiPerForm E-Star® A Mueller bulk milk cooling tank combined with the world patented Mueller HiPerForm 'E-Star®' refrigeration unit offers the dairy farmer an unrivalled milk cooling system. The Mueller HiPerForm 'E-Star' is designed to handle the large temperature changes required to cool milk by flooding the entire milk coolers evaporator with liquid refrigerant which will result in maximum refrigeration efficiency.
The HiPerForm also enables the compressor to operate at cooler temperatures which again will result in longer compressor life, less maintenance and lower energy consumption. Mueller Fre-Heater Hot Water - almost for free! Adding a Mueller Fre-heater to your milk cooling system can drastically reduce your costs of heating water. The Mueller Fre-heater recovers the wasted heat given off from your bulk milk tanks refrigeration units during the milk cooling process and uses it to heat water you can effectively use for cleaning your milking plant, milk tank and many other uses where hot water is required, resulting in a reduction in your operating costs and improving your profitability.
